Enjoy an authentic Hammam

A Hammam it´s not a City Spa, it´s an Authentic Arab Bath Experience around the Alhambra. The recommended option to enjoy the Hammam is the basic one: free tour of the water springs and steam room. This should cost around 35 EUR and can be booked online.

Get lost in the forests of the Alhambra

When you think of visiting the Alhambra, a lot of people forget about the forests that surround it. Take the chance to walk to the Alhambra through Cuesta de Gomérez and enjoy the trail that lead to it. The forests around the Nasrid monument are full of slopes and you will get to see the bronze Statue of Washington Irving on your way.

Visit Dar Al-Horra Palace

To locate it you will have to go through a maze of narrow streets. This palace was built in the 15th century over the ruins of an antique palace. Its name means “House of the Lady”. Tthere is a wonderful garden and an exhibition inside. At the end of the visit you can access the tower with a superb viewpoint.

Paseo de los Tristes and Zambras

This is another romantic walk not to miss. Start in Palaza Nueva and walk the famous Paseo de los Tristes. The streets are vibrant and it´s flamenco atmosphere make it an opportunity not to miss. In the evening go to one of the Zambras, where traditional flamenco dancing and music is performed in caverns.
